THIS BRICK OVER TILE-WALLED BUILDING WAS BUILT IN 1947. THE ARCHITECT, E. F. KLINGER & ASSOC., WAS FROM EAU CLAIRE AND THE CONTRACTOR, C. H. PETERSON CONSTRUCTION CO., WAS FROM MINNEAPOLIS. THE BUILDING COST $193,000 AND ITS ARCHED MAIN ROOF IS SUPPORTED ON MASSIVE GLU-LAM BEAMS.
