Additional Information:A 'site file' titled "Menomonee River Parkway" exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. 2011- Irregular plan bath house with a number of additions and alterations. The original portion of the bath house was a one-and-one-half story, rectangular plan, side gable roof, with an arched roof dormer and cornice returns. A one-and-one-half-story, front gable addition with a large internal ridge chimney was added sometime in the mid-20th century to the north elevation. A c.1980 one-story concession stand with a two-story office and admissions area was added to the south elevation. All elevations have replacement siding and replacement double-hung or sliding windows. The bath house is located in Hoyt Park, which is part of the Upper Menomonee River Parkway. The Hoyt Park Bathhouse and Swimming Pool, presently known as Tosa Pool, was first constructed in 1938 as a part of the development of Hoyt Park on the south side of the Menomonee River. The Bathhouse has since been remodeled considerably, and the swimming pool was re-constructed in 2010. Resurveyed 2018: no visible changes. Resurveyed 2021: appearance unchanged
