The sports center is located at the eastern edge of the parkway on South 20th Street. Work on the sports center continued from 1948 through 1950 with the addition of a parking lot, dugouts for the ball field, new bleachers, and complete ball field landscaping. The Sports Center has two baseball diamonds, a basketball court, modern playground, maintenance building, and concession stand. The Sports Center is part of the Kinnickinnic River Parkway. |
