This complex consists of two separate buildings. The main building is a U-plan with an addition rectangular shaped building to the south. Both buildings are constructed of concrete block and have horizontally divided double-hung windows. Acorn-style lights are located in the parking lot. This resource is located in Warnimont Park, which is part of the Lake Michigan South Parkway.
