DOME W/CLOCK AT 4 CNRS. LIMESTONE 1ST FLR/HIGHFOUNDATION W/SEGMENTAL ARCH WINDOWS. MOULDED AND BRACKETED CORNICE ABOVE PANELED PARAPET. IONIC PILASTERS ON SLIGHTLY PROJECTING ENTRY PAVILION. Jail was expanded in 1980 and new courtrooms and offices in 2001.
