RUSTICATED 1ST & 2ND FLR FACADEHEAVY MOULDED AND BRACKETED CORNICE ABOVE 2ND FLR 3RD FLR POSSIBLY OF CONCRETE BLOCK 1893 building that was significantly remodeled in 1968 to feature the same exterior appearance of the adjoining former bank building located directly south. Early building tenants included Wolff's Clothing House (1893-1916), then Zahn's Department Store (1918-1924), then F. W. Woolworth Co. department store (1929-1966). Woolworth vacated the building by 1967, at which point it was purchased and remodeled to tie into the Milton LaPour office building directly to the south "to form a single large office building." ("Will Tie Woolworth Store to LaPour Office Building") (The LaPour office building was formerly the Manufacturers National Bank, AHI #11,068. LaPour purchased and remodeled it for his real estate investment firm offices in 1964/1965)
