Additional Information:Sanborn maps show that this house was either built or was moved to this site betwen 1912 and 1922.

According to Sanborn maps and city directories, this house was built (or moved) to this site sometime between 1915 and 1922 and occupied by August and Alma Mann. Mann was born in 1879 in Germany and worked as a trainmaster for the Soo Line Railroad. The home was vacant by 1927 and owned by Fayette Skinner in 1934. The house had a series of short-term occupants through 1965.
