OF KNAPP, STOUT LUMBER CO IN 1899. THE BUILDING WAS ACQUIRED BY THE SCHOOL FROM THE WILSON FAMILY IN 1940 AND NAMED MARY EICHELBERGER HALL. WILSON WAS IMPORTANT IN KNAPP STOUT. THE BUILDING WAS PAID FOR OUT OF A $20,000 LEGACY PROVIDED IN THE WILL OF MRS. MARY EICHELBERGER OF HORICON, WI. THE BUILDING WAS CONVERTED INTO A DORMITORY FOR APPROXIMATELY 30 WOMEN BY 9/1945. |
