Additional Information: | Photo code #3: 75BR-6/27 Fine early example of the style with pedimented main gable ends with a palladian style triple window group on the gable end with the larger center window having an acute arch head and muntins. Three-quarter width circular plan veranda curls around northeast front corner and its flat roof is supported by five Tuscan Order columns. The balusters and railing at the veranda are intact, as are those on the roof. There is a polygonal bay window to the left of the entrance door, and a two-story tall polygonal bay on the east facade. There is also a rectilinear bay on the east facade just behind the polygonal bay, with the first floor having an open entrance porch supported by Tuscan Order columns. Garage is attached to the house in the rear and is a modern addition. |
