NOTES
Additional Information:SIMPLE SHALLOW PARAPET CRENELLATIONS, 6/1 CRAFTSMAN-STYLE WINDOWS, DOOR IN BRICK MITERED ARCH SURROUND. SINCE IT WAS FIRST SURVEYED IN 1982 THIS SMALL, ORIGINALLY FLAT-ROOFED BUILDING HAS HAD A GABLE ROOF BUILT ON TOP OF IT.

2011- "This small, previously surveyed Twentieth Century Commercial Style-influenced building is located on the northeast comer that is formed by the intersection of USH 8 and Depot Rd. in the unincorporated community of Tripoli and it has a rectilinear plan and a principal facade that faces south onto USH 8. This building is one story tall, it has a full basement story that has poured concrete walls, and the exterior walls that rest on this foundation are clad in brown brick. When it was first surveyed in 1982, this building still had its original flat roof, which was sheltered from view by a tall stepped brick parapet wall whose comers were ornamented with small inset stone squares. In addition, the building also still retained all of its original six-over-one and four-over-one double hung wood sash windows at that time as well. Since then, however, the two original six-over-one-light windows on the main facade have been replaced with modem one-over-one-light windows and a gable roof has been placed on top of the building."
