NOTES
Additional Information:Two-story main block with one-story side ells. New windows and vinyl siding. Wood frieze and cornice, window surrounds, and standing seam metal roof appear to be original.

The building has a two-story main center structure with two one story side ells. There is a metal roof on the main, two story structure and also on the side ells. A brick fireplace chimney is located on the south side of the structure. The metal roofing on the side ells appears to be new. There is a decorative cornice and frieze along the entire roof line that does appear to be original. The entire structure is covered in vinyl siding. The window surrounds appear to be original; the front façade windows have a decorative crown at the top. However, the double hung windows are not original and appear to have been recently updated. Both the window surrounds and roof entablature have been recently painted. The entire structure sits upon a block foundation. A handicap accessible ramp has been added to the front entrance. New steps and a metal railing have been added to the rear entrance. Inspection of the front office within the building resulted in the determination that extensive renovations have been done inside, including the addition of new walls, a front desk area, fluorescent lighting and carpeted floors.
