Features a single projecting front gable dormer on the facade, eight-over-eight double-hung windows, a large multi-light picture window, a central entry within the cross gable with a fluted door surround and cornice, a wide interior chimney, and a wrought-iron railing along the concrete entry stoop. Built into a hill, a one-car garage is incorporated into the basement level of the residence and has a permastone veneer.
