Additional Information:A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. The ballroom has been used in its historic capacity since 1933 for parties, anniversaries, weddings, etc. The one-story, shed-roof addition on the east-facing facade was constructed in the 1940s to house a bar area. The one-story, gabled addition on the south-facing facade was added in the 1940s to provide additional restrooms. The most recent addition was built in the 1980s on the west-facing facade to provide office space.
