NOTES
Additional Information:2013- "This 1-story Contemporary commercial building was constructed in 1965. It is rectangular in plan with concrete walls and
a low-pitched front-gabled roof with wide overhanging eaves. The front elevation faces southeast and is asymmetrical in
plan. A bank of large single-pane windows spans most of the elevation and wraps around the southern corner of the
building to continue across approximately half of the southwest elevation where the primary entrance is located. An
asymmetrical concrete panel projects very slightly from the wall north of the windows on the southeast elevation.
Centered in this panel is a square analog clock that reads "CARRIAGE CLEANERS." An illuminated sign is mounted to
the roof at the gable near the front edge of the building. The sign consists of a large panel that reads "CARRIAGE
CLEANERS" and an arrow filled with rows of small light bulbs. The arrow projects from both ends of the sign; its point
projects below the overhanging eave of the roof below."
