NOTES
Additional Information:2013- "This 2-story Tudor Revival house was constructed in 1940. It is rectangular in plan with a concrete foundation, asbestos
siding, and an asphalt-shingled side-gabled roof. The front elevation faces northwest and is asymmetrical in plan with a
central, 2-story, gabled wall dormer above a 1-story projecting entry bay with an asymmetrical gabled roof. The entry bay
contains an arched front door and a small single-pane arched window. The door is accessed via a concrete stoop that
runs parallel to the front elevation. North of the entry bay is a multi-pane picture window covered by two storm window
panels. South of the entry bay is a single 1-over-1 window. At the second story of the northwest elevation is a centered
picture window with metal awning."
