NOTES
Additional Information:2021 - The Shamrock Motel appears to have been constructed between 1966 and 1973. The complex includes three buildings arranged in a U shape around a central parking lot and courtyard area with an outdoor swimming pool and playground. The two buildings along the south and west side of the property were constructed c.1966 and then were adjoined with a c.1973 indoor pool addition. The third building along the north side of the property was constructed c.1973, changing the shape of the complex from an L to a U. The Ranch-style buildings are two stories in height with long linear footprints, concrete block construction, Roman brick cladding, second-story balconies/walkways, and broad overhanging gable roofs. Most windows appear to be vinyl replacement fixed or horizontal sliding windows. The 1973 building has replacement vinyl siding on two of its elevations and within the gable ends. Additionally, the historic motel sign has been replaced.
