| Additional Information: | 2021 - The Delton Suites is a motel that consists of two distinct sections, a U-shaped courtyard-style building from the early 1950s fronting USH 12 (Wisconsin Dells Parkway) and buildings to the rear that appear to have been added in the 1980s. The U-shaped, Ranch-style building is one story with a broad overhanging gable roof and Roman brick cladding. At its center is a two-story front gable section with a second-floor balcony. The building encircles a central parking lot and courtyard area with an outdoor swimming pool. The buildings at the rear of the property include a long, one-story side-gabled building, and attached indoor pool building, and two two-story Contemporary-style buildings. |
