NOTES
Additional Information:This c.1960, irregular-plan, Ranch house faces east onto a circular driveway. Built on a raised concrete foundation, the walls are clad in stone veneer and the low-pitched hip roof is covered in asphalt shingles. The house displays features typical of the Ranch form, including the low, horizontal massing; broad overhanging eaves; attached garage; contrasting wall materials; and prominent front chimney. The asymmetrical main elevation features a picture window flanked by sidelights. The entry porch is sheltered by the overhanging roof, the corner of which is supported by a metal lattice post. The wall surfaces on either side of the garage opening have individual decorative glass bricks embedded, as does the lintel above. Window openings contain paired, one-over-one, double-hung sash.
