Bibliographic References: | SHOREWOOD BUILDING PERMIT FILES. Assessor's information cites a 1954 date of construction but based on the date of the permit, it is likely that it was not completed until 1955. "October Building," Shorewood Herald, 4 November 1954, p12 cites that a permit was taken out by Max Meyer to build at $23,000 home at 4145 N. Lake Drive. The home was vacant as of 1956. By 1957, occupants (and not identified as the owners) of the house were Ernest and Celia Forester. |
