Additional Information:WIDE MOULDED AND DENTILLED CORNICE TOPPED BY BRACKETED EAVES. 2 STORY ROUND CNR BAY W/FLAT ROOF. PEDIMENTED GABLE AND DORMER W/LARGE TRIPARTITE ROUND ARCH WINDOW. PORCH W/IONIC COLUMNS AND SPINDLE WORK RAILING. ROUNDED ORIEL W/BRACKETED BASE. The owner, Frank J. Martin, used Kaukauna, WI, contractor H.G. Fleck to build his house, which was designed by Racine architects Chandler & Parks. 2023: Resurveyed for the Franklin Street - W. Green Bay Street Residential Historic District DOE, appearance unchanged Frank J. Martin was cashier at one of the first financial institutions in the city and contributed to the establishment of other banks in the city. Frank’s wife, Cora was a charter member of the Woman’s Club.
