2016- "This two-story, brick, commercial vernacular building was constructed c.1900. It has a rectilinear footprint, stepped roof, metal cornice, and coursed masonry foundation. The front (north) façade is clad with red brick and the side elevations are cream brick. The entrance is deeply recessed in the northeast corner of the storefront, which has been enclosed with brick. A secondary entrance with a ramp was added onto the northwest corner of the façade along the sidewalk with an adjacent single story concrete block addition. A canvas awning spans the façade and wraps around the east elevation. Two additional entrances are located on the east elevation under canvas awnings. The second story is composed of three fenestration bays delineated by three one-over-one replacement vinyl windows set in segmental arch openings. Each window includes a simple sill and segmental arch brick hood."
