NOTES
Additional Information:
Bibliographic References:Structure is evident on 1900 Sanborn map; not on 1894 Sanborn. Assessor's information gives a 1915 date. Deeds indicate that the property was purchased in 1898 by John Jess (Book 29/page 23, 28 July 1898). Jess died in 1908 and the property passed to Jess's daughter Amalia Suel who sold it to John & Katherine Suel in 1915 for $1,000 (44/567, #9781, 1 October 1915). The Suels sold the property to Anton & Sophia Herzog (52/428, #23365, 23 October 1923), who remained there through the 1950s.
