Additional Information:This 1 1/2 story Contemporary small office building was constructed in 1964. It is rectangular in plan with brick walls and a
flat roof. The front elevation faces northwest and is asymmetrical in plan with an off-center recessed entry bay that
contains a set of glass double-doors with a large plate glass window above. The remainder of the facade contains
regularly spaced banks of four single-pane sliding windows at the raised basement and main story.
