Additional Information:2021 - Resurveyed. This one-and-one-half-story Minimal Traditional-style house was built in 1955. It has a mostly rectangular floor plan with a side-gabled roof intersected by a front-gabled wing on the western half of the façade and an attached garage. The projected wing has a large picture window with a large central pane and multi-paned side lights. The front door is also located on the wing and is approached by a small concrete stoop. The façade is clad in brick and the gable fronts are clad in board and batten siding. Fenestration is single and paired two-over-two double-hung wood sash windows.
