The most prominent character-defining feature is the mansard roof encompassing the upper story of the living space as well as the attached garage in addition to balance façades and raised quoins. The exterior is clad in red brick veneer, and the mansard is clad in wood shingle and features evenly spaced segmental arch dormers with paired 8-lite casement windows. Two internal brick chimneys with tapered concrete caps are evenly spaced above the east and west roof slopes. The principal elevation (south) is symmetrical with a centered double door main entrance recessed behind corner quoins.
