It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. 2023 The Paul J. (Jr.) and Lucille Vidani House was constructed in 1963. It is a two-story single-family dwelling with side-facing attached garage integrated into the main volume of the side-gabled sub-type of the Colonial Revival style popularized in the mid-twentieth century. The side-gabled house is roughly rectangular in plan consisting of a two-story living space with a one-story front-gabled projection and a one-story attached garage. The exterior of the lower story is clad in red brick veneer whereas the smaller upper story is clad in vinyl siding as are the gable ends. A recessed porch features two wrought iron posts and shelters the main entrance and a flanking pair of below the roof. The front-gable end features a 20-lite square window. The remainder of the windows are otherwise one-over-one hung vinyl sash windows placed individually and in pairs. An ornamental cupola is set on the roof ridge of the attached garage, and an internal brick chimney rises from the upper story roof ridge. |
