| Additional Information: | This 2-story American Foursquare house was constructed c.1920. It is irregular in plan (due to rear additions) with clapboard in the first story, wood shingling in the second story, and an asphalt-shingled hipped roof. The front elevation faces north and is symmetrical in plan. A one-story enclosed porch spans the length of the façade. The porch features rusticated brick quarter walls and full walls at both corners and is enclosed with four 1-over-1 windows flanking either side of a central entrance. The second story contains two pairs of 1-over-1 windows. A hipped roof dormer projects from the center of the front roof slope; the dormer contains a pair of 1-over-1 windows. Other characteristics of the building’s exterior include a cantilevered oriel window (containing replacement single-pane casements) and a rectangular bay window containing three 3-over-1 windows, both of which are located in the east elevation. |
