Additional Information:2013- "The one-story, hipped ranch house was built in 1952. It is clad in asbestos or composite shingle siding. The roof is clad
with asphalt shingles Fenestrations consist of one fixed pane and metal- or vinyl-framed one-over-one windows. The
house bears a visual resemblance to 229 E River Drive, although no information could be obtained regarding the builder
of the houses or their possible origin as kit or catalog houses."
