NOTES
Additional Information:This One Story Cube house was constructed c. 1925. It is irregular in plan with brick veneer walls and asphalt-shingled
hipped and gabled roofs. The building consists of the original hipped-roof mass and a gable-roofed mass that projects
from the south elevation. The southern building mass appears to have been extended as is shown by the differences in
the concrete foundations and brickwork in the original and added building masses. The front elevation faces north and is
asymmetrical in plan. A concrete stoop with a gabled roof shelters the main entryway. Metal-framed one-over-one
windows are located along the north and west elevations; a pair of metal-framed casement windows is located in the
south wing. One window opening in the west elevation has been in-filled with contrasting brick.
