Additional Information:This property consists of two historic buildings: a house [225958] and a garage [225961].

Adjacent to the house is a Craftsman-influenced one-bay garage that was constructed c. 1925. The garage is rectangular
in plan with wood shingled walls and an asphalt-shingled, front-gabled roof with overhanging eaves and decorative
brackets and projecting rafter ends. The front elevation faces north and is symmetrical in plan with a paneled overhead
garage door.
