NOTES
Additional Information:THIS IS A MODERN MID-TWENTIETH CENTURY DOCTOR'S OFFICE FROM THE MID-TWENTIETH CENTURY THAT BRIDGED THE TIME FRAME WHEN DOCTOR'S OFFICES WERE GENERALLY HOUSED OVER COMMERCIAL BUILDINGS IN THE DOWNTOWN TO THE TIME WHEN LARGE CLINICS WERE BUILT IN RESIDENTIAL OR EDGE OF TOWN AREAS. THIS BUILDING IS A COMPROMISE; IT IS STILL IN THE DOWNTOWN, BUT IS A MODERN CLINIC BUILDING THAT FORESHADOWED THE LARGER CLINICS THAT WOULD COME IN THE 1960S AND 1970S. DRS. CROSLEY AND DAVIS WERE LONG-TIME AND PROMINENT DOCTORS IN MILTON.
