Additional Information: | Constructed of concrete block and painted white, this one-and-one-half-story, side-gabled, Cape Cod home feature a pair of gabled roof dormers along its primary (east) elevation and a one-story, vinyl-sheathed frame wing extends to the south. Multiple-light, double-hung windows are located throughout the main block of the house; however, 1950s-era, horizontal pane examples are found in the one-story south wing. Vinyl was applied to the wing and the dormers in 1991. Assessor’s records indicate a 1947 date of construction for the home; the wing to the south was likely added in the early 1950s. Although the original owner of the home is not confirmed, its longtime owners were William A. and Lucille Heinz. William (b. 1912) passed away in 1989. In 1991, Lucille re-sided the roof dormers, as well as the one-story wing to the south. |
