Bibliographic References:2011 reconnaissance survey information cited a 1922 date of construction, reportedly from the SHOREWOOD BUILDING PERMIT FILES. However Milwaukee city directory information indicates the house was confirmed as built per the 1927 city directory and assessor's information cites a 1926 date of construction.
