Bibliographic References:Original permit dated 22 March 1929, owner, Cora Morgenroth; est. cost, $6,000; architect LW McGrudy (4242 Hanover Street, Milwaukee). Cora Morgenroth (widow of William) resided in Milwaukee at the time the permit was taken out. the reverse directory in 1929 was checked for McGrudy, but that address was cited as "vacant." there is no evidence that Cora actually lived in the house.
