Additional Information: | This Contemporary commercial office building was built in 1964.(1) It has a rectangular plan, is of brick construction, and rests on a concrete slab foundation. It is covered by a flat roof with metal coping. Windows are fixed and of varying sizes, though a few casement windows are present on the main (south) facade. The main entrance is located within a projecting vestibule and features a window wall and concrete and metal roof overhang. The main facade also features decorative colored concrete with projecting triangle details interspersed between vertical bands of windows. |
