Additional Information: | 2014 This one-and-one-half-story Minimal Traditional home was constructed 1940.(1) The house was constructed into a hill along East Division Street. As a result, the basement, which includes a single-bay garage, is partially exposed. The house has a rectangular plan and is clad is vinyl siding. It has a side gable roof with two gable dormers on the front (north) facade. Each dormer had turned cornices and a three-over-one, double-hung sash window. The facade is symmetrical with the main entrance centered and flanked on each side by pairs of three-over-one, double-hung sash windows. The house has little decorative features aside from the classically-inspired door surround. A one-story addition is located on the rear of the house. |
