Additional Information: | The pool house was to the west of and adjacent to the swiming pool (non-extant). The three components of the pool house are laid out on a slight arc with a lounge to the north and men's and women's dressing rooms to the south; an open porch ties together these building elements. The lounge and dressing rooms are constructed of coursed limestone. Roofs are sheated in slate. See also the culvert/bridge (#228017). 2014- "The pool house was immediately west of and adjacent to the swimming pool. The pool has been removed and the hole in-filled. Today the pool area is a field. The pool house itself is oriented on a north/south axis and consists of three components, the layout of which employs a slight arc. A lounge was located to the north, while a men's and women's dressing room was situated to the south-both of which were tied together by a porch. The lounge and dressing rooms are small rectangles constructed of coursed, limestone. Each has four, canted comers that contain a fifteen-light window, several of which are boarded over. The roof over each is steeply-pitched, multiple-sided and sheathed with slate. A small, hip-roof dormer vent is located on the east and west roof planes for both the lounge and the dressing rooms. There is no eave of which to speak, although the roof line is embellished with modillions. A three pane, slightly projecting bay window is also in the north wall of the lounge. The porch between the lounge and dressing rooms has a gabled roof and is embellished with a small, centered, six-sided cupola." - "Donges Bay Gorge Bridge and Natural Area", WisDOT ID #2984-34-05, Prepared by Heritage Research, Ltd.
