FROM 1896 TO 1932 UTILIZED AS A CLOTHING AND SHOE STORE AND ATTORNEYS' OFFICE. FROM 1932 TO 1980 OCCUPIED BY GOODFELLOW CIGAR. OWNED BY HUTCHINSON & NEVERS AT ONE TIME. LIVERY STABLE LATER OWNED BY MOORE & MADIGAN. MOULDED BRACKET. STONE, BRICK AND CEMENT FOUNDATION. WOOD AND STEEL EXTERIOR TRIM. ROOF OF COMPOSITION TRIANGLES. 2 BRICK CHIMNEYS (ORIGINAL) HAVE BEEN REMOVED. ORIGINALLY 4 SECOND FLOOR WINDOWS; ALTERED TO 3 SLIGHTLY LARGER WINDOWS. ONE STORY STORAGE ADDITION ATTACHED TO REAR OF BUILDING SOMETIME BETWEEN 1960 AND 1980. FIRST FLOOR ORIGINALLY THE CARRIAGE ROOM WITH SMALL OFFICE IN FRONT. SECOND FLOOR WAS AND STILL IS OFFICES.
