Additional Information: | This 2-story ltalianate building was constructed c.1870, likely as a mixed-use commercial/residential property. It is rectangular in plan with brick walls and a flat roof with wide overhanging eaves and decorative curved brackets. The front elevation faces east and is asymmetrical in plan with two window openings and one door opening, all of which have been in-filled with concrete; a small window has been added within the original door opening. A bulkhead door is located near the center of the east wall. A recently-added single-pane window has been added near the southeast corner and is sheltered by an asphalt-shingled awning roof that wraps around the southeast corner. The second story of the facade contains five 1-over-1 windows. All original window and door openings have segmental arched crowns. A new doorway is located in the south elevation and a pair of sliding glass doors has been added to the north elevation. |
