Additional Information: | This 1 1/2 story Minimal Traditional house was constructed c.1940. It is rectangular in plan with concrete block walls and an asphalt-shingled front-gable roof. The front elevation faces east and is asymmetrical in plan with a 1-story, hipped-roof entry bay located across the southern half of the facade. This entry bay contains a pair of 1-over-1 windows in its eastern wall and a single doorway in its northern wall. North of the bay is a large multi-pane picture window. A pair of 1-over-1 windows is located just below the gable. A five-sided bay projects from the building's north elevation; this contains a narrow 6-over-6 window in each of the four side walls and a large multi-pane picture window in the center wall. |
