Associated with The Everson Farmhouse (AHI No. 6993). The c.1890 bank barn has a coursed fieldstone foundation, walls clad in board-and-batten siding, and a gable roof covered in standing-seam metal. The basement level has a concrete floor with metal stanchions. Window openings contain six-light, wood, fixed sash, and a round window is located in the peak of the west gable end. An earthen ramp provides access to a sliding door on the north elevation, which displays a sign that reads “Lake Side Farms – Registered Holstein Cattle – Duroc Hogs – W.C. Topel & Sons – Est. 1940.” A small shed-roof addition is located on the west end and the barn is connected to the wood silo and adjacent barn via a shed-roof hyphen at the southwest corner. A c.1940 gable-roof, concrete-block milk house is attached at the northeast corner of the barn adjacent to the ramp. The milk house has six-light, wood, fixed windows on the north and east elevations and a metal ventilator on the ridgeline of the roof. A storage shed clad in corrugated metal is attached at the east end of the barn. A c.1920 addition on the south elevation of the barn has a gable roof, poured concrete foundation, and walls clad in a mixture of horizontal wood siding, drop siding, board-and-batten, and modern corrugated metal replacement siding. Window openings contain four-light, wood, fixed sash. The west eaves extend to form an open shed supported by rough log posts. Two c.1920 concrete silos are located at the northwest corner of the barn
