Additional Information:2014:
This c.1905, two-and-one-half-story, vernacular house has irregular massing and Queen Anne details. It has a rusticated concrete block foundation, vinyl replacement siding, and combination hip and cross gable roof sheathed with standing-seam metal. The front (west) facade features cutaway corners on the gable bay and an open hip roof porch with a second story balcony. Gable ends are adorned with fishscale shingles. The north (side) elevation includes an enclosed porch with a rusticated concrete block balustrade and shed roof. Windows throughout are replacement one-over-one sashes. The footprint of the building was greatly enlarged by a rear two-story gable addition with an attached one-story flat-roof garage. The property also includes a large modern pole building and small shed.
