NOTES
Additional Information:The Ranch-style house at 16300 W. Beloit Road was constructed circa 1976. It is rectangular in plan with stone and
clapboard walls, a low cross-gabled roof and an attached garage. The roof has asphalt shingles and features wide
projecting eaves. The front elevation faces south and is asymmetrical in plan with the front door located east around the
projecting front gable, which contains a string of three single-paned windows. The front porch is framed by the extended
eave of the front gable and supported by a wooden post. The wall cladding is a mix of vertical and horizontal wooden
clapboards as well as decorative stone veneer that covers the lower walls of the front fagade and extends upward to the
roofline at the southeast corners of the house and the front gable. Windows are single-paned casement.
