Additional Information:Designed by the architectural firm Davis & Tuckwell, this building was constructed in 1924 and first served as Roland Ransom’s plumbing shop. He operated the business into the mid 1940s. Aloysius Hoffman began operating his plumbing business at this location as early as 1950.

2015- "This two-story, brick commercial building displays a storefront infilled with board-and-batten siding and two small, double-hung sash windows. The upper level is pierced by two tripartite sets of four-over-one, double-hung sashes flanked by raised brick and underlined with a limestone sill. Metal-clad pents top each window grouping. The parapet is adorned with multiple vertical stacks of raised brick. Limestone decorates the parapet cap and several small blocks of the material also decorate the upper facade.

Designed by the architectural firm Davis & (Walter) Tuckwell, this building was constructed in 1924 and first served as Roland Ransom's plumbing shop. He operated the business into the mid 1940s. Aloysius Hoffman began operating his plumbing business at this location as early as 1950."
