NOTES
Additional Information:Research suggests that this building was constructed in 1920 as a combination garage/residence building by Emil Steinhoff, who lived in a house (no longer extant) also located on this parcel. Steinhoff worked as a patternmaker. George and Helen Loofbourow lived at this address as early as 1932; Loofbourow worked as a driver. Occupant turnover was frequent and the building was vacant by the early 1960s.

2015- "This unusual two-story, flat-roofed building is built with rusticated concrete block and features three garage door openings on the first floor. Of those openings, one displays an original wooden swinging door while the other two are infilled with plywood. A standard-sized entrance and a window also occupy the first floor. The second level displays four paired sets of three-over-one, double-hung sashes and two solitary examples. An asphalt-shingled pent sits at the roof line.
