NOTES
Additional Information:Brothers Joseph and Frank Surges built this house in 1919. Frank soon moved on; however, Joseph would remain until the late 1920s with his wife Anna. Both brothers were painting contractors whose business was on W. Greenfield Avenue. Turnover of occupants thereafter was frequent until David Goggins purchased the domicile in the mid 1950s.

2015- "Rising one story and sheathed with clapboard, this hipped-roof bungalow displays an open, hipped-roof entry porch at the left side of the main (south) facade. The porch consists of stucco-clad piers and a brick porch wall. A plain, stucco-clad cornice underlines the roofline and a brick wall chimney highlights the east elevation. Fenestration consists of original six-over-one, double-hung sashes along with several small, high-sitting, fixed windows.
