NOTES
Additional Information:A one-room schoolhouse is located immediately west of the main mill building. Built in 1906, the Korpal Valley District 2 Schoolhouse is a front gable frame schoolhouse with a concrete block foundation, clapboard siding, and a gable roof covered with asphalt shingles.[1] A small gable entry porch shelters the central main entrance on the front (south) facade. Three evenly-spaced windows are located on the east and west (side) elevations. The schoolhouse retains its open layout, beadboard wainscoting, and a chalkboard is mounted on the north (rear) wall. The schoolhouse was closed in 1943 and relocated to its current site at that time, subsequently serving as office space for the mill.
