NOTES
Additional Information:2015
Built c.1940, this one-story, side gable Minimal Traditional residence has walls clad in stone veneer and a gable roof covered with asphalt shingles. A gable with a large central multi-light picture window projects on the north side of the front (west) facade. The main entrance is located immediately to the south, flanked by a picture window, and a small gable on the south side of the front facade contains a pair of casement windows. A stone veneered exterior chimney is located on the north (side) elevation next to a large picture window. A small, two-car attached garage extends off the south (side) elevation, although the southern bay appears to be a later addition. Windows have flat stone sills and splayed stone headers. Picture windows throughout are comprised of groupings of four-over-four and six-over-six double hung wood sash, and other window openings contain similar sash in paired or single configurations.
