NOTES
Additional Information:Carl Jandt emigrated from Germany, while Rachel was a Wisconsin native with German-born parents. Their son Edward and his wife Wilma took over the farm, which was characterized as a general farm.

2015- "This one-and-one-half-story, clapboard-sided, gabled-ell features a one-story porch with turned posts on the ell. Fenestration
predominantly consists of original, two-over-two, double-hung, wooden sash windows, although a large modern bay window is
found on the primary (east) facade of the ell. Historic period agricultural buildings on the property consist of a bank barn, a
frame utility shed, a concrete block milk house, and a concrete stave silo. The bank barn features a large addition on its side
(south) elevation and does not merit an individual survey record. The property also contains a number of pole barns, utility
buildings and two porcelain Harvestore silos. Assessor records list a total of nine agricultural pole structures on the farmstead.

emigrated from Germany, while Rachel was a Wisconsin native with German-born parents. They had five daughters and two
sons. By 1930, their son Edward and his wife, Wilma owned and operated the farm, which census records consistently identify
as a "general farm." The property remained in Jandt-family ownership into at least the 1980s."
