NOTES
Additional Information:2015- "Rising two-and-one-half stories, this is a brick, Tudor Revival-style house located on the southeast side of N. Green Bay Road to
which it is oriented. It is notable for its twin gable peaks on the nmthwest and southeast end walls. All windows have concrete sills but no headers.

The front door is centered in a projecting, gabled entryway. The front door is set within an arch defined by header bricks. To the right (southwest) of the door is a small, arched, eight-light window with a projecting flower box. To the left (northeast) is a catslide roof with an arched exterior opening defmed by header bricks that provides access to a side yard. To the right (southwest) of the entryway is a large, twenty-five light window, to the right of which is a space that may once have been an open porch. Completing the primary facade are two, six-over-six light, double-hung sashes situated in the second floor and two long, narrow eight-light windows set within each of the twin gable peaks. The possible former porch area occupies the nmthwest half of the house's southwest fayade and is sheltered by a gabled roof with a flared eave. It is enclosed today with five courses of clapboard, above which are four, six-over-six double-hung sashes on both the northwest and southwest sides. In each of its two, outer corners, the room is suppmted by heavy brick columns. Set within the gabled roof extending over the porch is a shed-roof dormer with two six-over-six-light windows. The southeast half of the southwest side of the house is a two-story wall with six-over-six light windows. The nmtheast side of the house, immediately behind the catslide roof opening, is notable for its projecting chimney that rises well above the house's eave, as well as the doorway sheltered by a porch supported by plain wood columns and covered with an almost Second Empire-influenced roof. Several windows are irregularly placed in the first and second floors of this exposure.

A modest, hipped roof garage is located behind the house to the nmtheast.

This house was most probably constructed after 1930 but prior to 1937 when it was apparent on an aerial photograph. The telephone associated with the property was disconnected. No response was received in response to mail sent, nor was anyone home when the property was visited."
